RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

When shopping at Chu Du Bag's stores or online platform, customers are entitled to exchange products within the following time frames:

• Bags: Within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Accessories: Within 3 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Exchange

Chu Du Bag only accepts exchanges if the product meets all the following conditions:

• The product has not been used.
• The product retains its original tags and labels.
• The product remains intact, with no tears, loose threads, stains, odors, or any signs of damage.
• The product is not part of any promotional or discounted sale.
• The product is accompanied by a complete warranty card (if applicable).

Chu Du Bag reserves the right to refuse exchange requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Shipping Fee Policy

• For customers located far from the stores, the two-way shipping fees must be borne by the customer.

Options for Exchange

• Customers can exchange for another product of equal or different value. Chu Du Bag will assist in calculating any price difference to refund or collect additional payment from the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Chu Du Bag will consider accepting returns and issuing refunds upon request, provided that the product satisfies all the aforementioned conditions.
